Our Law Firm
Started in 1999 as a law firm focused primarily on family law, Law Offices of Maribeth Blessing, LLC, now offers advocacy and counsel in several legal areas, including bankruptcy, commercial litigation and personal injury. Whatever the type of case, we work closely with clients until the matter is brought to a satisfactory conclusion. Former clients say that our warmth, our professionalism and our solid commitment to seeking a favorable outcome are the strengths of our law practice.
Our Legal Practice
Our legal practice has expanded over the years; we now represent clients in matters involving auto accidents and other personal injury matters. We also handle wills and estate planning, commercial litigation and transactions, and bankruptcy. But we still devote a majority of our time and resources to the practice of family law.
Mediation and Arbitration
Our firm is committed to resolving disputes using alternative disputes resolution (ADR) techniques such as mediation and arbitration. By using ADR, we are able to save clients time, money and distress in a wide variety of legal matters. We are also advocates of collaborative law as a way to resolve family law disputes involving divorce, custody and support. Our founding lawyer, Maribeth Blessing, is a member of Collaborative Family Law Affiliates, Association of Conflict Resolution and the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, and has served as a court-appointed mediator and arbitrator.
