History of Our Firm
Our firm was founded in 1999 as a family law firm handling divorce, child custody and related matters. Today, we offer clients a wide variety of legal services in areas that include personal injury, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Although our practice has expanded, we continue to provide legal representation that seeks the most favorable outcome possible.
Initial Consultations
We encourage prospective clients to schedule an initial consultation with one of our attorneys so they can learn about our firm, our practice and our approach to legal matters. The cost of the consultation depends on the area of law. For example, for family law matters, we provide a free 10 minute consultation by phone. We also offer a two-hour, in-depth initial consultation for a very reasonable fee.
For personal injury and bankruptcy cases, the initial consultation is always free. In other practice areas, we offer a variety of arrangements. Please call for additional information.
Legal Practice
Our law firm was founded as a family law firm. Family law is still a major part of our legal practice. In addition, we offer legal services in the following areas:

- Business and commercial litigation and transactions, including real estate, contracts, entertainment law and employment
- Personal injury
An important aspect of our practice is our focus on mediation, collaborative law and arbitration as cost-effective and less time-consuming ways to resolve legal disputes. Whether the issue is a family law problem or a business matter, we believe that many clients are best served by these dispute resolution techniques.
Location
We are conveniently located on Huntingdon Pike, a few blocks from the Montefiore Cemetery and Lawnview Memorial Park. There is a bus stop just a few steps from our building and a train station several blocks away. Our office is warm and friendly; our clients appreciate the welcoming atmosphere that helps them relax while focusing on their legal issues.
Fees
We offer a variety of fee arrangements, including contingency fees based on how much money we are able to obtain in personal injury matters. If we are unsuccessful in cases handled on a contingency fee basis, there is no attorney's fee. We also provide family law clients with flat fee arrangements in some divorce cases.
