For Business Start-ups
We offer affordable, flat rate, start-up packages. For one fee we complete the entire start-up process through state registration and prepare all start-up documents including: articles of incorporation, organizational minutes, and by-laws, shareholder agreements certificates of organization (for LLCs) operating agreements, partnership agreements. We also assist your with obtaining your federal EIN (Employer Identification Number) and place all required legal notices.
